Money Talks Book Review: Chapter THREE Spending-Faithfullness If there was one area of my life that is faithful to God, it is in spending money. In fact, I rarely spend money on anything except food. For example, I seldom buy clothes because in my vocation as a pastor, a clergy collar is almost my uniform. Thus, a few jackets, some slacks, and several pairs of shoes and I'm good to go. Likewise, my wife likes to spend money, therefore, she clothes me, LOL. I also find that because I am gracious to people, they reward me with gifts—unsolicited—just because. It is also biblical that God provides for my needs because I am obedient in accepting His call. Subsequently, I give away a lot of money in the ministry as gifts and donations to my congregation and community whenever a need arises, to lead by example with charity. Therefore, I truly believe that I am blessed to be a blessing and that's how I live my life.
